"They are finally accepting Gift Cards and I'm happy about that. The double whopper was reasonably good although not as good as the ones in Winnipeg and the fries were the typical mediocre French Fries BK serves everywhere. The lid to the soft drink didn't fit properly and that was annoying. The service was good although it irritates me that I have to ask for each and every condiment, including the basics like salt! Overall it's good but not great."

"Had a surprisingly great experience at Burger King in Steinbach yesterday. Walked in expecting the usual fast food rush, but was greeted with genuine friendliness instead. The place was clean, well-lit, and the service was fast — but what really stood out was the guy behind the counter (I didn’t catch his name, but he was bald — you’ll know him when you see him). Super professional, patient with the people in front of me, and got my order right the first time, no fuss. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right, which honestly isn’t something you see often these days. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered — no soggy fries or lukewarm burgers. Even the fountain drink tasted crisp. It’s the little things that add up. All in all, I left full and in a good mood. If you're stopping by, hope the bald guy’s on shift — he’s doing a great job."

"Our first experience and it was great! Joseph the general manager served us and was super kind, friendly and helpful! He patiently explained the breakfast menu and offered us the coupon promotional price for the bacon croissants which were hot, delicious and very well priced. The restaurant was spotlessly clean with nice soft music which let us talk without having to yell. Parking was very good and ample, and there was a disabled parking spot right in front for me. We are very glad we stopped there, and really recommend it for fast and friendly service, and for a delicious and very well priced breakfast. We will definitely be back!"

The staff were all smiles and had my order ready in no time. The restaurant itself was immaculate—the dining area was spotless and well-maintained. Most importantly, the food was a home run. Everything was fresh and hot, which isn't always a given during quiet periods, so it was a pleasant surprise. The Whopper was perfectly flame-grilled, and the fries were crispy and fresh. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and fresh, delicious food!"
